How do I book for a class?

To book for a class:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Under "Open Classes" navigate to the schedules and bookings page
  3. Select the class you wish to book and make payment for your class credits if you don't already have credits
  4. Confirm your booking
  5. Done! Double check your timetable in your profile to ensure that you are succesfully booked for the class.

Disclaimer: Successful class bookings & payments will be reflected in your profile under timetable and invoices respectively. No confirmation email will be sent

Are refunds allowed?

Open Class Credit packages are strictly non-refundable. Class Credits may have their validity periods extended based on the discretion of studio management.

Courses are only allowed to be refunded if the course is postponed and the student is thus unable to join the course due to the postponement or if due to a medical reason. For medical reasons, please note that a valid Medical Certificate and/or doctor's memo will be required for verification. In both situations, the course fee will be refunded and the student will be removed from the course roster entirely.

All refund requests are subject to the discretion of studio management and are not to be assumed to be automatically approved.

Do I need an account to book for a class?

Yes you do! If you are new to Danz People, please create an account on our website first before booking for your class. Please ensure that ALL details are filled up before creating your account, to prevent any errors in the booking process.

The state and city under the address can be filled up as "Singapore"

I am currently a student of Danz People and user of Mindbody. Must I only use the website to book for my classes?

No you do not! Existing users of Mindbody may continue to use our Danz People Mindbody to book for their classes. You can navigate there via a link on our login page.

Is there an age limit for classes?

No there isn't! We welcome students of all ages to take our classes :)

What are the difficulty levels of Danz People classes?

There are 4 levels of classes!

 

Basics/Intro Level - Perfect for beginners! This level is for students starting out in a new genre of just new to dance in general

Level I - The next step up. Level I classes will include more application of basics and techniques to push our students' understanding of their techniques more. Good for students with 6mths to 1 yrs worth of experience.

Level II/III - Level II and III classes include more complex choreographies and focus less on drilling basics. Students will be challenged to perform, apply and execute choreographies with confidence and challenge. Suitable for students confident in Level I classes, or with experience of at least 1 year.
