– For safety and comfort, please ensure your child wears comfortable, dance-appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes during class.

– Our programme is structured quarterly, with term fees calculated based on the total number of lessons scheduled over three months.

– Fees are collected before the term begins to confirm class enrolment.

– For new students, fees will be pro-rated. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable

– Term fees will be pro-rated for existing students only for medical reasons, and for travel, provided this is communicated before the term fee is paid for that travel period. An email copy of the medical certificate is required by the studio.

1. General Eligibility
– Make-up lessons are available within the same term for missed classes.

– Missed lessons cannot be carried forward to the next term or calendar year, and are strictly non-refundable.

– To book a make-up lesson, please contact us via email. All make-up slots are subject to availability.

2. Absence Due to Illness or Injury
– The absence must be due to illness or injury only. – Make-up lessons are available within the same term for missed classes.

– A valid Medical Certificate (MC) must be provided. Certifications from registered Western medical practitioners and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physicians are both accepted.

3. School and Personal Events
– Absences due to school events or personal commitments (e.g., birthday parties, family gatherings) do not qualify for credit carry-forwards or refunds.

– Students may, however, book a make-up lesson within the current term, subject to slot availability.

4. Planned Vacations & Travel
Pro-rated Fees: If your child will miss classes due to a planned vacation, this must be communicated to us at the start of the term during payment. Fees for those specific dates will be pro-rated accordingly.

Late Notifications: If a vacation is communicated after the start of the term, fees will not be pro-rated. The student will only be eligible to schedule make-up lessons within the current term.

– We regularly review our students’ progress and may recommend moving your child to a higher-level class if their skill level and performance meet the challenge.
