– For safety and comfort, please ensure your child wears comfortable, dance-appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes during class.

– Our programme is structured quarterly, with term fees calculated based on the total number of lessons scheduled over three months.

– Fees are collected before the term begins to confirm class enrolment.

– For new students, fees will be pro-rated. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable

– Term fees will be pro-rated for existing students only for medical reasons, and for travel, provided this is communicated before the term fee is paid for that travel period. An email copy of the medical certificate is required by the studio.

– Make-up lessons are available within the same term for missed classes. Missed lessons cannot be carried forward to the next term or calendar year.

– To book a make-up lesson, please contact us via email or phone in advance.

– We regularly review our students’ progress and may recommend moving your child to a higher-level class if their skill level and performance meet the challenge.
